  • Architected media wishlists and mailing lists, organizing the mailing of galleys and advanced reader copies to major review outlets such as Publisher’s Weekly and Kirkus Reviews.

  • Supported the Publicity department across multiple imprints, including Harper, Harper Perennial, Harper Paperbacks, Broadside, Harper Wave, and Harper Business.

  • Maintained and organized Excel sheets for different publicity seasons (e.g., winter 2024, summer 2024, summer 2025), including key figures such as agent, editor, and author names.
